Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipping. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable processing fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Change of mind returns are not accepted. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Return Process

All returns require prior approval. Please contact us at postmaster@charmforyou.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Health, personal care, intimate apparel, or hygiene products
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used products
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories

Refunds (if approved)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to the following deductions:

  • Original shipping and handling fees (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs (paid by customer)
  • 15% restocking fee on the item value

Partial refunds will be issued if items are not in original condition.

Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.

For orders over $75, we suggest purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and order number. We will evaluate the case and may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Gifts

Gift purchases follow the same policy. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or back to the original purchaser.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

All decisions regarding refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of the company.
